In-villa beauty treatments in St Barts: nails and lashes
Published October 19, 2026

A beauty therapist can come to your villa in St Barts for a manicure, a pedicure, gel polish or lash extensions. On My Concierge, these treatments are booked online, several at a time if you wish, and you choose the person who comes. Here is what you can ask for, and how to put a single appointment together.
Which beauty treatments can be done at your villa?
The beauty treatments page sorts the treatments into three groups: hands, feet, and lashes and brows.
For hands, you can choose between an express manicure of half an hour, a manicure with classic polish or with gel polish, each taking three quarters of an hour, and gel work. A gel overlay takes an hour, a fill an hour and a half, a full set of extensions two hours. You can also have an old gel or gel polish removed, manicure included, and get a broken nail repaired in a quarter of an hour.
For feet, the same logic applies: an express or a full pedicure, classic or gel polish, a gel overlay. Allow between half an hour and an hour depending on the option.
For the eyes, the therapist offers a lash lift and a brow lamination, an hour each, a lash or brow tint in half an hour, and lash extensions: an hour and a half for a full set, a little less for a fill.
Children under ten have their own option: a simple coat of polish, fingers or toes, in half an hour.
Can several treatments be booked in one appointment?
Yes. You add the treatments one by one, up to eight per booking, and the total time is shown as you go. A manicure and a pedicure, gel polish and a lash lift: the same therapist does them one after the other during the same visit.
Add-ons are chosen in the same place, on the treatment they belong to: a French finish, a baby boomer effect, nail art on the hands, a design on two toes. Each one adds time, and the total takes it into account.
If several of you want a treatment on the same day, write to us from the help button on the site before booking, so the times can be arranged.
When should you schedule treatments during your stay?
Gel polish and lash extensions last several weeks. Done at the start of your stay, they hold until you fly home.
Before a wedding or a dinner, plan the treatments for the day before rather than the day itself. In-villa hair styling already takes up the afternoon of the event, and a fresh manicure does not cope well with a rush. Our article on in-villa hair styling before a wedding explains how to work out the appointment time from the time you leave.
How should you prepare the villa?
The therapist needs a steady table, a chair for you and good light. A shaded terrace works well in the morning; in the afternoon, a cool living room is better for letting classic polish dry. For lashes, you lie down for the whole application: a bed or a sofa will do.
In the booking note, say what will help: polish to remove first, a colour you have in mind, an allergy or skin that reacts. After confirmation, the therapist messages you to settle the rest: where to set up, what time they will arrive.
How do booking and payment work?
Everything is done online, from home before you travel or from the villa. You put your selection together, choose the date and the time, say whether you would rather have a woman or a man, or have no preference, then give the villa's address and register your card. Nothing is charged at that point.
The therapists who are free at your time are notified. You get an email as soon as one of them offers, and you choose freely. The final price is the one set by the person you pick, and your card is only charged after that choice.
If nobody answers straight away, our concierge takes over your request and gets back to you. If no therapist can come in the end, your card is not charged. Our article on what to book before you arrive helps you settle everything before you travel.
Can you cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the treatment. After that, or if nobody is there when the therapist arrives, the treatment is not refunded. Until you have chosen your therapist, cancelling simply releases the amount held on your card.
